Nikita Tchetverikov
principal dancer of the Mikhailovsky Theatre
winner of international competitions
Nikita Chetverikov graduated from the Perm Choreographic School in 2011 in the class of Vladimir Tolstukhin. After completing his studies, the artist began working at the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre and a year later became the principal dancer of the ballet troupe. In Perm, the dancer’s repertoire included the main roles in classical and modern ballets. In 2016, he won the Bolshoi Ballet television contest.
In 2019, Nikita Chetverikov joined the Mikhailovsky Theatre troupe as a soloist, making his debut as Prince Siegfried in the ballet Swan Lake. Critics call Nikita “an artist who knows how to combine genuine academicism with a young, fresh look at each new role”.
In 2024, Nikita Chetverikov became the principal dancer of the Mikhailovsky Theatre.
