Anastasia Barun
soprano, soloist of the Mikhailovsky Theatre opera
Anastasia Barun graduated from the Rimsky-Korsakov St. Petersburg State Conservatory in 2015 in the class of Tamara Novichenko. Since 2015, Anastasia has become a soloist of the Youth Opera Program of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia. In 2016, the singer completed an internship at the Washington National Opera, and in 2018 at the Paris National Opera.
In 2020, the artist joined the troupe of the Mikhailovsky Theatre. Critics write that Anastasia Barun is “the owner of a soprano of wonderful beauty and timbre and excellent technique that allows her to cope with the most complex vocal tricks...”
Anastasia Barun is a guest soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre.
