Davide Loricchio
soloist of the Mikhailovsky Theatre
Davide Loricchio began studying ballet at a private school in Bergamo, Italy. In 2015 he entered the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet, the class of Fethon Miozzi. In 2018, Davide became a finalist at the prestigious International Ballet Competition in Lausanne, and in the 2018/2019 season he completed an internship with the Royal Ballet Covent Garden in London.
The artist joined the Mikhailovsky Theatre troupe in 2019, making his debut as the Jester in the ballet Cinderella. In 2024, the dancer became a participant in the Bolshoi Ballet television competition. Critics note how “it is difficult to resist the charm of Davide Loricchio and the impression made by his light jumps and pirouettes.”
