This year, Mikhailovsky Theatre at the Hermitage will be celebrating its fifth anniversary. The past five years have seen St. Petersburg fall in love with the concerts and performances given by the Mikhailovsky Theatre on the Hermitage’s stage and elsewhere in the museum. For many audience members, meeting our performers within the walls of the Hermitage has become a cherished family tradition.

The first Mikhailovsky Theatre at the Hermitage concerts of the new season, the Theatre’s 188th, have already been announced. Before the year is over, the Hermitage stage will have played host to three evenings of ballet, opera, and orchestral music from Mikhailovsky Theatre performers, including renowned masters of their art.
