Please note that prices are indicated for individuals purchasing no more than 8 tickets in one order.
An individual has the right to create only one personal account and buy no more than 8 tickets for one performance/concert/other event (hereinafter referred to as the performance) using the Personal Account. If it is necessary to purchase more tickets for one performance or simultaneously purchase more than 8 tickets, regardless of the performance, tickets are sold through the theatre sales department upon a preliminary application sent to email: tickets@mikhailovsky.ru. If an individual fails to comply with this rule and purchases more than 8 tickets for one performance from one Personal Account or purchases tickets through several Personal Accounts, the theatre administration reserves the right to refuse to return tickets purchased by an individual in excess of the established limit (8 tickets for one performance).
In these rules, „one performance“ means a performance with a specific title, publicly performed on a specific date.
Also, a total of no more than 8 tickets can be purchased by an individual within 48 hours.
Ticket prices for corporate clients are set by agreement of the parties.

You can use filters by month and genre to search for a performance. -
Select the seats you are interested in
Free seats available for booking are highlighted in colour on the hall map. All tickets on sale at the theatre box office are available for purchase on the website. Click a seat to select it.
Tickets for the ground floor boxes and dress circle are sold in the following order: dress circle boxes are sold only in full (4 seats), ground floor boxes are sold in pairs (two seats in two rows: 1, 3 and 2, 4). Please note that one order cannot contain more than 8 tickets.
Information about tariffs is not a public offer. Colour codes for tariffs (ticket categories) are used for user convenience. We recommend checking the cost of the selected tickets in the cart after clicking on the „buy tickets“ button, as well as when confirming the order before clicking the „pay“ button.

Place the selected seats in the cart
Click on the „Buy“ button to add the seats to your cart. At this moment, the seats are booked for 20 minutes, during which they are available for order only to you. After 20 minutes, seats go on free sale.

Authorization, registration
If you are not authorized, the system will prompt you to enter your login and password or receive a login code to the specified email. Upon initial authorization, a personal account is automatically created for the user. You can also log in using your VKontakte account. Authorized users have access to their order history. Please note that one individual can create only one Personal Account.

Placing an order
Check the contents of the order, the correctness of the information, especially the email. You will receive all order notifications to this address, including e-tickets.
If necessary, fill in all required fields. Select a Payment Method.
Read the Rules for ticket purchase and return. Click „Place an order“ to proceed to payment.

Payment for the order
To pay for your order, you will be redirected to the payment system widget. You can also proceed to payment for your order from your order history in your Personal Account.
The order must be paid within 20 minutes. If the order is not paid on time, it is automatically cancelled and tickets go on sale.
After paying for your order online, electronic tickets will be sent to your email address. If you have not received an email with tickets, you can find them in your order history in your Personal Account on the website.
Ticket types
Please note that tickets with types and details that do not correspond to the types and details approved by the authorized federal executive body, tickets with design elements that do not correspond to the design elements established by the theatre, tickets containing corrections, counterfeit tickets are invalid and do not give rights to attend entertainment events held by the theatre and are not accepted for return.

Attention! All letters are processed on weekdays, during sales department working hours from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Letters sent on Friday after 7 p.m and on weekends are processed within 48 hours of receipt.
