Ekaterina Strizhenova

Ekaterina Strizhenova is a theatre and film actress, journalist, and TV presenter. Since childhood, she has been involved in choreography and acted in children’s television programs and television plays. She graduated from the Moscow State Institute of Cinematography and the Moscow Gestalt Institute.
Ekaterina Strizhenova has more than 40 roles in films and TV series. These include “The Musketeers, 20 years later”, “La dame de Monsoreau”, “Angels of Death”, “Lyubov-Morkov”, “Grandfather of My Dreams”. The actress performed 13 main roles in theatrical projects, including “The Nutcracker” (Film Actor Theatre), “Hamlet” (Anton Chekhov Theatre), “The Sons of His Mistress” (Modern Enterprise Theatre), “Lady for a Day” (Russian Army Central Academic Theatre).
Ekaterina Strizhenova has been working on television for 25 years: she hosts the programs “Good Morning”, “Time Will Tell”, “It’s About Time” on Channel One. She took part in the projects “Two Stars” and “Ice Age”.
The actress played the role of the poet’s Mother Tatyana Fedorovna in Galina Polishchuk’s play “Yesenin’s Women” based on the book by Z. Prilepin at the Moscow Gorky Art Theatre.
