Information about returns
Dear friends,
starting from 24 August, at the Mikhailovsky Theatre box office you can get a refund for the tickets for the cancelled performances bought at the theatre and from our partners.
The repertoire for the new 188th season will be released on the theatre website next week. We will inform you about the opening of the booking for the next season later. Stay tuned.
We care about the health of our visitors and have installed several box offices with protective shields to ensure your maximum comfort.
Office hours: from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 8 pm
The tickets will be refunded as follows:
- If the tickets were purchased in the theatre box office and it was a cash purchase, the refund will made in cash. You will need to present the theatre ticket.
- If the tickets were purchased in the theatre box office with a bank card, the tickets will be refunded to the bank card used to purchase the tickets. You will need to present the tickets and the bank card.
- If the tickets were purchased in the box office of the theatre’s partners, the refund will be carried out via bank transfer to the purchaser’s bank account within 10 business days from the day of the ticket return. You will need to present the tickets and the passport as well as the bank details (full name of the bank, the TIN, RCBIC, IEC of the bank, the correspondent account, full name of the account holder, and the current account). Only the card/account holder can apply for the refund to the card/account.
We would like to ask to follow the social distancing guidelines and wear personal protective equipment. You can enter the theatre only wearing a mask and gloves.
The theatre box office does not refund the electronic tickets. In order to return the electronic tickets purchased through the websites of our partners, you do not need to visit the theatre box office or the box offices of our partners. The ticket refund will be made to the bank card used for the purchase of the tickets.
