Personal data that is processed for the specified purpose: Last name; Name; E-mail address.

List of actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion, destruction.

Legal grounds for processing your personal data: consent to personal data processing.

Destruction procedure: Personal data destruction is carried out using the information system through irreversible deletion.
