Maria Buinosova

In 2003, she graduated from the Orenburg Musical College, in 2008 she graduated from the vocal department of the Orenburg State Institute of Arts named after Leopold and Mstislav Rostropovich (Olga Kutsenko’s class). As a student, she was a soloist of the Orenburg State Philharmony and cooperated with the Chamber Orchestra of the Philharmony. In 2013–2015, she was a trainee at the Galina Vishnevskaya’s Opera Centre (Makvala Kasrashvili’s class). In June 2015, Maria Buinosova became a soloist with the Galina Vishnevskaya’s Opera Centre, where she performed the roles of Ksenia (Mussorgsky’s Boris Godunov), Tatiana (Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin), Gorislava (Glinka’s Ruslan and Lyudmila), Micaela (Bizet’s Carmen), and Marfa (Rimsky-Korsakov’s Tsar’s Bride).

The singer participated in master classes held by Montserrat Caballé, Sebastian Schwarz, and Henning Ruch. She took part in XII International Art Festival named after Andrey Sakharov (Nizhny Novgorod), VII International Mstislav Rostropovich Festival (Baku), II International Mstislav Rostropovich Festival (Orenburg), Symphony of the Steppe Palmyra Festival, The Northern Palmyra Festival. Maria Buinosova is diploma-bearer of the Virtuosi of the 21st Century Competition and a finalist of the Francisco Viñas International Singing Contest (Barcelona). She participated in the concerts organized by the Vladimir Spivakov International Charity Foundation dedicated to the 50th anniversary of UNESCO (Moscow).

In 2015, she made her debut at the Bolshoi Theatre as Gerda (The Story of Kay and Gerda by Sergey Banevich), in 2016, she performed the role of Marfa (The Tsar’s Bride) at the Bolshoi. In 2016, she joined the Mikhailovsky Opera Company.

In 2016, she joined the Mikhailovsky Opera. At the Mikhailovsky Theatre, she performs soprano parts in the operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Giuseppe Verdi, and Ruggero Leoncavallo.
