Gury Guryev

Gury Guryev graduated from the Vocal Faculty of the Novosibirsk Conservatoire. In 2017, he studied at the International Summer Academy of the Vienna University of Music and Performing Arts with Karlheinz Hanser.

In 2017, he joined the Novosibirsk Opera Company. At the Novosibirsk Theatre, he performs Figaro in Rossini’s Il barbiere di Siviglia, Marcello in Puccini’s La Bohème, Silvio in Leoncavallo’s Pagliacci, Ford in Verdi’s Falstaff, Escamillo in Bizet’s Carmen, Onegin in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin, Robert in Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta, Mizgir in Rimsky-Korsakov’s Snow Maiden, and Andrey Shchelkanov Mussorgsky’s Boris Godunov.

In 2019, he made his debut with the Mikhailovsky Theatre. Since 2022, he has been a soloist with the Mikhailovsky Opera. At the Theatre, he performs baritone roles in operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Pyotr Tchaikovsky.
