Mikhail Timaev graduated from the Kazan Choreographic School in 2005 (class of People’s Artist of Tatarstan V. N. Bortyakov) and while still a student was accepted into the ballet troupe of the Musa Jalil Opera and Ballet Theatre. Mikhail is a winner of numerous international competitions and awards. The artist’s repertoire includes leading roles in the ballets Giselle, Swan Lake, La Bayadere, Sleeping Beauty, The Nutcracker, La Fille Mal Gardée, Romeo and Juliet, Le Corsaire, Spartacus and many others.
