Silvia Beltrami began her vocal studies with mezzosoprano Luana Pellegrineschi and perfected her technique with tenor William Matteuzzi. She made her diploma in music at the Arrigo Boito Conservatoire in Parma. She specialized in Verdi’s répertoire with Raina Kabaivanska.

She has cooperated with Vasily Petrenko, John Mauceri, Jean Luc Tingaud, Keri Lynn Wilson, Stefano Molardi, Donato Renzetti, and other renowned conductors as well as with Giancarlo Del Monaco, Pier Luigi Pizzi, Emilio Sagi, Damiano Michieletto, Lindsay Kemp, and other famous directors.
