Kirill Sikora graduated from the D. D. Shostakovich Kurgan Regional College of Music in 2020 and from GITIS in 2024 with a degree in Musical Theatre Performance.
Kirill took part in a production of Mikhail Ippolitov-Ivanov’s opera Asya at the Ivan Turgenev State Memorial and Nature Museum-Reserve “Spasskoye-Lutovinovo,” where he performed the role of Gagin. At the Chuvash State Opera and Ballet Theatre, the Erik Sapaev Mari State Opera and Ballet Theatre, and the Dmitri Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, Kirill appeared as Zorzetto in Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari’s opera The Crossroads.
In September 2024, Kirill joined the Bolshoi Theatre Young Artists Opera Programme, making his debut there in October as Poisson (in Francesco Cilea’s Adriana Lecouvreur). He made his debut at the Evgeny Kolobov Novaya Opera Theatre of Moscow as Anatole Kuragin in Alexey Martynov’s production War and Peace: Natasha and Andrei. In 2025, he took part in Kristina Mkhitaryan’s solo concert, and in 2026 he appeared in concerts featuring Aida Garifullina.
At the Bolshoi Theatre, Kirill Sikora performs roles in operas by Giuseppe Verdi, including Matteo Borsa (Rigoletto), Cassio (Otello), Alfredo (La traviata), and Herald (Don Carlo); and by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, including Don Curzio (The Marriage of Figaro) and Tamino (The Magic Flute). His repertoire also includes Rodolfo (Giacomo Puccini’s La bohème), Andrei Khovansky (Modest Mussorgsky’s Khovanshchina), and many other roles.
