Denys Pivnitskyi
Denys Pivnitskyi graduated from the Gnessin State Musical College in Moscow in 2011 and from the Claudio Abbado Musical Academy in Milan in 2016.
He performed Turridu in Mascagni’s Cavalleria rusticana at the Verdi Opera Theatre in Pisa, Osaka in Mascagni’s Iris at Teatro del Giglio in Lucca, at the Goldoni Theatre in Livorno and Giuseppe Verdi Theatre in Pisa, Manrico in Verdi’s Il trovatore at the Verdi Opera Theatre in Busseto and at the Albanian Opera in Ballet Theatre in Tirana, Radames in Verdi’s Aida at the Parma Royal Theatre in the framework of the International Verdi Festival, Cavaradossi in Puccini’s Tosca at the Gioachino Rossini Theatre in Pesaro, and the tenor part in Casella’s La giara with Symphony Orchestra of Milan named after Giuseppe Verdi. He has cooperated with Sebastiano Rolli, Audrey Saint-Gil, Pier Giorgio Morandi, Daniele Agiman, Giuseppe Grazioli, Michelangelo Mazza, and others. Since 2011, he has lived in Milan. Lately, he has studied under Nicola Martinucci. He has participated in many performances in Italy, France, Switzerland, Russia, Romania, Austria, and Germany.
