Garry Agadzhanian

Bass

Born in 1977 in Yerevan, Armenia, he graduated from the Ural State Conservatory in 2006 (class of professor Pisarev). In 2004-2011, he was a soloist with the Yekaterinburg State Opera and Ballet Theatre.

In 2006-2009, he was a guest soloist with the Chelyabinsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 2011, he joined the Opera Company of the Perm Opera and Ballet Theatre. In 2007, he was awarded the Second Prize at the XXII Glinka International Competition. His repertory includes more the 30 roles in operas The Magic Flute, Le nozze di Figaro, The Barber of Seville, Aida, Rigoletto, Carmen, Iolanta, Eugene Onegin, The Tsar’s Bride, Madama Butterfly, La traviata, and Prince Igor among others.
