Theatre regulations
Dear guests,
Please familiarize yourselves with the rules for visiting our theatre. These have been written to comply with the Standards for Safe Activities, Including Sanitary and Hygienic Safety to Counter the Spread of the New Coronavirus Infection (COVID-19) in St. Petersburg.
Entry to the Mikhailovsky Theatre will only be granted after a temperature check using thermal imagery or a contactless thermometer and visual examination. When waiting to enter the theatre, please maintain the minimum social distancing of 1.5 metres as indicated by the markings.
You will not be allowed to enter the Mikhailovsky Theatre if you have a temperature above 37° C and/or display visual symptoms of respiratory disease (cough, runny nose, fatigue). In this event, we recommend that you contact a medical facility for diagnosis and medical attention and observe safety measures.
The following rules of personal and public hygiene must be observed for the duration of your visit to the Mikhailovsky Theatre: — you will not be allowed to enter the theatre with a temperature above 37° C and/or if you display visual symptoms of respiratory disease (cough, runny nose, fatigue) — you must wear a respirator or single-use mask at all times — you must observe social distancing of 1.5 metres between you and other theatregoers and our staff, except where there is a need for direct interaction related to their work.
Visitors who do not adhere to these rules of personal and public hygiene will not be granted access to the Mikhailovsky Theatre and will not be served while they are on the premises. Mikhailovsky Theatre staff monitor visitors’ compliance with the rules of personal and public hygiene and social distancing.
When purchasing tickets, we recommend that you avoid using cash and opt for contactless payment methods where possible.
