We have refunded the cost of all the E-tickets to our performances scheduled up to 31 May that were booked through the official website mikhailovsky.ru. The refund was made online, and our patrons did not need to come to the box-office in person. However, the tickets bought at the theatre box-office or through our partners can be returned only in person. It will be possible when the theatre box-office reopens.
We are all looking forward to the moment when all restrictive measures have been lifted in order to meet our dear visitors again. The corresponding announcement will be posted on the theatre’s website and in our social networks. We guarantee that we will carry out the refunds promptly while ensuring safe and comfortable conditions for our patrons.
