New format e-tickets

Sales of new format e-tickets through the theatre’s website commenced on 18 December. Now, as an alternative to printing your tickets, you can show them to the usher directly from your mobile phone or tablet.

The new e-tickets carry a QR code which the ushers will check with a special device. If your mobile phone cannot display the code, tickets can be printed and presented in paper form as before.

Previously purchased e-tickets (old format) must be presented to the ushers in printed form. The new system does not affect the validity of these tickets.
