Gala Concert for the City Day

On 27 May, our beautiful city — St Petersburg — celebrates its birthday. Traditionally, on this day, the Mikhailovsky Theatre will congratulate the residents and guests of the northern capital with a grand gala concert.

The special guests of the evening will be prima ballerina of the Bolshoi Theatre, People’s Artist of Russia Svetlana Zakharova, and People’s Artist of Russia, violinist Vadim Repin. The gala will also feature prima ballerina of the Boris Eifman Theatre, People’s Artist of Russia Maria Abashova, principal dancers of NOVAT Honoured Artist of Russia Olga Grishenkova, Roman Polkovnikov, as well as stars of opera and ballet from the Mikhailovsky Theatre: Olesya Petrova, Svetlana Moskalenko, Margarita Shapovalova, Semyon Antakov, Angelina Vorontsova, Prisca Zeisel, and Victor Lebedev.
